The Black Swan's (Cygnus atratus) original habitat is Australia and its associated islands. Since the mid-1800s, the black swan is also in New Zealand. In Europe, some specimens escaped from their enclosures and now breeds in the wild.

Red-breasted Merganser

The Red-breasted Merganser (Mergus serrator) has a similar distribution as then common merganser which is a circumpolar distribution ranging from North America, South Greenland, northern Europe and Scandinavia, and eastwards throughout northern and central Asia.

The Barnacle Goose (Branta leucopsis) is a migratory bird and has for a long time only been nesting in arctic regions such as Greenland, Svalbard and Novaya Zemlya. Since the 1970s the bird also nests in some places in Scandinavia, and today there are the breeding bird in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. In winter the goose occurs along the coasts of north western Europe.
