Golden Oriole

The Golden Oriole  (Oriolus oriolus) is a migratory bird that breeds in southern and central Europe, northwest Africa (Morocco) and in Asia as far east as Mongolia and China and including the Indian subcontinent. In Russia and Finland reaches up to the 60th parallel north, in western Europe north to the Baltic Sea, and in southern Denmark and Sweden. The winters are spent in tropical Africa, India and Sri Lanka.
